After a few months making small changes, the marketing team of GB Group went BOLD and rebranded, restructured the offer and offered a real online experience with targeted campaigns on regular advertising platforms. It helped the GB Group company to go reduce cost per lead from 1,500 to 7 €, to reduce order mistakes by 2,7 times and to reduce phone calls on salesmen by 43%. Even a 49 yo sales administration colleague went from monthly ERP edits to daily commits in json files through Github and doing continuous delivery.
