The project started 3 years ago with a partnership agreement between Sorgenia and Apparound. An agreement that allowed the digital energy company to digitize the entire sales process for the business segment with the cloud solution proposed by Apparound.

The technological partnership that Sorgenia signed with Apparound had the aim of adopting a digital solution designed with to simplify the sales processes in the business segment and at the same time improve the customer experience. Apparound is an innovative digital solution that revolutionizes the traditional sales system. The app, based on an Azure cloud architecture, allows companies to improve customer relationships and speed up sales processes.

The app, designed to respond specifically to the needs of sellers and their way of working, helps the sales force to better relate to the customers who increasingly require tailor-made solutions, with services to complete the offering.

Furthermore, environmental sustainability in terms of energy consumption is an issue that is becoming increasingly important. Incentives such as Superbonus or Ecobonus have helped to increase interest even more. Furthermore, Europe, with the Green Deal, requires companies in the sector to develop and promote solutions for energy efficiency with a high technological content. And it is precisely with this in mind that Sorgenia has decided to take up the challenge and leverage renewable energy and the best technologies available. Sorgenia Green Solution is the unit of the Sorgenia group, created to offer energy efficiency solutions to all customers.

Sorgenia aims to become the first Italian green tech company, linking technology, renewables, data and digital; to achieve this goal, the company has decided to leverage on digital technologies offered by Apparound to give customers tailor-made solutions able to according all different needs.

The solution adopted by Sorgenia is designed to respond specifically to the needs of salespeople and their work; it helps the sales force, which operates in the field or remotely, to interact better with customers who increasingly require customized solutions, with services to complete the offer. Apparound, thanks to the Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) application module, Power CPQ, allows to easily manage even the most complex offers, identifying in real time the solution capable of responding to specific customer needs. Not only: Apparound, with its remote signature module, allows the seller to close the contract even remotely thanks to the advanced electronic signature with OTP authentication. In this sense, the advantages for the sales force are considerable: the information acquisition processes are more immediate, the seller can easily generate the contact, formalizing the offer made to the customer, protected from input and transcription errors and finally, real-time order management allows you to reduce activation times, reduce errors, safeguard margins and speed up billing times for the company.

With this further agreement, Apparound has set itself the goal of supporting Sorgenia in the sales processes of renewable sources. In fact, Sorgenia has always promoted clean alternative energy sources such as photovoltaics to reduce the use of fossil fuels.
