We gathered our BOLD Awards pioneers in Space Frontier and Innovation
Mr. Briskman holds a Bachelor of Science from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is the President of Telecommunications Engineering Consultants and President/CTO of GuardianSat. Mr. Briskman co-founded Sirius Satellite Radio in 1991 and was responsible for its satellite radio broadcasting system. He also served as Technical Executive of Sirius XM Radio. Previously, he held senior engineering roles at Geostar Corporation and COMSAT, and worked at NASA, receiving the APOLLO Achievement Award.Mr. Briskman is a Fellow and past director of the IEEE, receiving the 2008 IEEE AESS Pioneer Award and the 2017 Judith Resnik Space Award. He is an Honorary Fellow of the AIAA, receiving the 2007 Aerospace Communications Award, and a member of the National Academy of Engineering. He has authored over seventy technical papers, holds many patents, and has been inducted into multiple halls of fame. In 2017, he received the Glenn L. Martin Medal from the University of Maryland.
President & CTO
Alex Fielding is a leader in the space and robotics industries with over 25 years of experience. He is the CEO and Chairman of Privateer Space, a company enhancing space safety and offering a space ride-sharing platform for imagery and data. Privateer will launch its autopilot and space edge compute system with SpaceX this November.Alex also founded Ripcord, which uses robots for digitization and cloud access. He co-founded GPS company Wheels of Zeus with Steve Wozniak, served as CTO at Power Assure, VP at Vigilent, and advises Astra Space. He holds multiple patents and is a founding member of Singularity University, passionate about advancing technology and education.
CEO & Chairman
Mr. Rohe is President/Co-Founder of Rogue Industries® and CEO/Co-Founder of GuardianSatTM. He specializes in commercializing technologies for business and government, with expertise in NextGen IT, AI, advanced manufacturing, and testing/training solutions. He has led over 100 large-scale government projects and development efforts since 2000.Previously, Mr. Rohe was Senior Business Development Manager at Lockheed Martin, Co-Founder of Stryke Industries, and a strategic consultant. At Rogue Industries, he led major contracts including a $5B Emerging Technologies Contract and the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness campaign. At GuardianSatTM, he secured a prestigious NSF Small Business Innovation Award and was recognized in the Top 10 Space Tech for 2024.He has served as President of the National Advanced Mobility Consortium Board and is active in various Harvard and Air Force Academy committees. Mr. Rohe lives in Amelia Island, Florida with his wife and four children, and is dedicated to innovation, responsible development, and inspiring youth in STEM fields.

Huey Wyche II is the Technical Director at GuardianSat™, with over 20 years of experience in defense system integration and technical expertise. He has led the installation, implementation, and instruction of advanced technologies for the Department of Defense, serving as the avionics lead for Special Operations Forces and Electronic Attack weapons systems during multiple operations, including ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM.Mr. Wyche played a key role in the Avionics Viability Program (AVP) upgrade for the EC-130H "COMPASS CALL" systems. As a retired combat veteran, he solved complex problems in challenging conditions, earning multiple Commendation Medals for his innovative solutions.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, focusing on space operations, making him a valuable asset to GuardianSat™ and the defense industry.
