Who can enter the BOLD Awards

The BOLD Awards is open to individuals and companies around the world who are currently and actively engaged in different fields and directly related to categories. All entries must have been conducted within the immediate past 2 years. Entries that were begun earlier are eligible as long as demonstrable results can be documented in the past 2 years.

What is the selection process? 

Finalists will be selected via public voting, then jury members with category-specific expertise will evaluate the shortlisted entries based on their criteria and select 7 nominees per category. The public vote is weighted 50% and the judges final vote is also 50%. The winner will be revealed at the awards ceremony on March 31st, 2023 in Venice, Italy.

How can I enter? 

Create an account and then go to submit your project to access the nomination form. You must answer all the required questions to complete the entry. Each entry form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Note: Information you submit may be used in BOLD Awards announcements and materials to publicize the nominee and the awards ceremony at H-FARM Venice, Italy on March 31st, 2023.

Can we enter more than one person or company into each category

Absolutely. Each project entry can have up to 3 categories. Just make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria for each category before submitting. There is no limit to the number of entries which an individual or company may submit in any of the award categories provided the criteria are met.

Who can participate in the public voting?

The public voting will be open to all starting January 2023. As part of our security measures, our system will only accept up to 10 votes per IP or email address.

We will be closely monitoring all votes and if we see any indications of fraudulent accounts or automated voting scripts, we will investigate, seek clarification and, where necessary, disqualify votes.

How much does it cost to attend the awards ceremony?

The face ticket is €975. Finalists get a special rate of €575 for up to 2 seats per finalist.

If I start an entry can I update it after?

Yes. If you log back in, your entry will be held under the Projects section. You will then be able to select the “edit” button and make necessary changes. Please be sure to press save. By submitting and saving your project you can lock in the rate (given there is €20 increase every month and final deadline is Dec. 31st, 2022).

How do I pay for my entry?

After completing the nomination form, you will be redirected to the BOLD Awards’ payment page hosted by Paypal. You do not need to set up a PayPal account, just enter credit card details. Once completed you will receive an email invoice from both PayPal and BOLD Awards. If you are unable to do an online payment, please email us at [email protected]

Are BOLD Awards finalists required to attend the awards ceremony? 

Yes. BOLD finalists are required to attend the awards ceremony or have at least one representative present at which their award will be conferred. 

However, we are also developing backup plans in case health protocols and our management team limit a full return to pre-pandemic density and practices. We are monitoring the situation closely and will have updates for our participants closer to the event.

Gala Dinner Tickets are €875 per head. All tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions. However, all tickets are 100% Guaranteed RISK-FREE. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you will get a 100% credit that you may use for a future event. All tickets are transferable.
