Using a multidisciplinary approach of neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and precision medicine NeuroKaire is transforming the landscape of psychiatric and neurologic healthcare. NeuroKaire is pioneering an attempt to replace the traditional “trial-and-error” approach to drug prescription by means of scientifically-guided, patient-tailored technology.

At the heart of NeuroKaire’s innovation is BrightKaire, a revolutionary clinical test that uses a simple blood sample combined with Nobel Prize-winning technology to personalize depression treatment.

The process begins by reprogramming blood cells into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs): cells that can take on any role. iPSCs are then differentiated into patient-specific neurons using a precisely timed exposure to a series of stimuli. By reprogramming blood cells into stem cells and then differentiating these stem cells into neurons, BrightKaire has created a window into the brain: a “brain-in-a-dish.”

When neurons are then exposed to a variety of well-established depression medications, cellular changes occur, at both molecular and morphological levels. These changes are referred to as “neuronal plasticity”, the brain’s ability to adapt and rewire. Neuronal plasticity, or neuroplasticity, underlies both healthy development and the pathology of mental health conditions. By studying the degrees of neuroplasticity elicited by each drug, BrightKaire can provide unprecedented insights into how each person’s brain responds to drug treatment.

By analyzing the neuroplasticity response, as well as the patient’s genetics and medical history, BrightKaire generates a personalized patient report, ranking which medications are most effective for each specific individual.

The ranking is not only based on neuroscience, but also AI-driven analytics, machine learning, and computer vision. These technologies enable precise and unbiased quantification of neuronal changes.

By integrating morphological, molecular, and clinical data trained with large and diverse data sets, BrightKaire generates and analyzes a multi-feature brain response signature for each patient.

This novel and innovative approach to precision psychiatry—combining iPSC-derived neuron models, neuroplasticity assessment, genetics, and AI-driven analytics—yields results not only for patients but also for physicians and for the pharmacology industry as a whole.

BrightKaire reduces the time burden on physicians, shortens patient recovery timelines, and lowers healthcare costs by minimizing failed prescriptions, unnecessary hospitalizations, and prolonged care cycles.

The platform’s scalable design makes it easily deployable across multiple diagnoses and diverse care settings, extending accessibility to millions globally.

By uniting neuroscience with AI and patient biology, BrightKaire has established a bold new paradigm for psychiatry—one that is data-driven, scalable, and profoundly human.
