CollegeDekho is the most preferred platform for roughly 40% (~4.7 million) of the 11 million students from across the length and breadth of the country, seeking to join colleges each year. The company offers comprehensive information on 35,000+ colleges, along with further information on a varied range of courses and examinations. This information has proven highly beneficial for students as evidenced by the 225 million+ sessions on the website, in the past year. In its lifetime, the company has provided free professional career counselling to 12 million+ students, whilst ensuring enrollment for 200,000+ of them. CollegeDekho has also pioneered a Common Application Form that enables students to apply to multiple (2000+) colleges using a single form. This helps students save time, money and effort required while submitting individual forms.
CollegeDekho also introduced CollegeDekho Assured, which focuses on industry-relevant future skills being taught along with regular degree programmes offered by partner colleges. As per the “State of Working India 2023” report by Azim Premji University’s Centre for Sustainable Employment, over 42 per cent of India’s graduates under 25 years of age were unemployed in 2021-22, and this latest offering by the company could help bridge the employability gap.
