Crucially, we adopted Meta Advantage+ early (despite skepticism) and used its data to scale aggressively while preserving efficiency.
Creative execution rested on three pillars:
Actionable Health – “What’s the point of health data if you don’t know what to do with it?” introduced the Kira AI health coach.
No Subscription Trap – “No Subscriptions, Ever” became one of the best-performing lines in a subscription-heavy market.
Proof Instead of Promises – clean visuals, plain language, and feature-led messaging built trust.
Ads balanced aspirational storytelling (jewelry-style photography) with founder content filmed in Paris and in the factory, making the brand both premium and authentic. Social ads turned into community hubs with hundreds of comments, debates, and advocates defending the product.
Challenges were significant:
Skepticism from the failed first campaign, requiring constant transparency and proof.
Kickstarter restrictions forcing a full repositioning of the campaign page in record time while still communicating critical medical features through off-platform ads and PR.
Post-launch drop-off, solved by a late-pledge retargeting program that sustained conversions profitably for months.
