Circular Ring 2 was more than a launch. It was a comeback story. After a failed earlier attempt, TCF Team partnered with Circular to deliver one of the most successful health-tech crowdfunding campaigns ever, raising $4M+ from thousands of backers worldwide.

Objectives were clear and measurable:

  • Raise $2.5M+ during the live Kickstarter campaign.

  • Drive 4,000+ conversions through paid channels.

  • Deliver $250k+ revenue on day one to establish momentum.

  • Maintain strict efficiency with ROAS ≥3.2 live and ≥3.4 in late pledges.

Strategy focused on education over hype, translating complex features (ECG, Afib detection, sleep, stress, energy tracking) into tangible benefits like better rest and peace of mind. Paid acquisition leaned on Meta and Google, with light testing on TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Crucially, we adopted Meta Advantage+ early  (despite skepticism) and used its data to scale aggressively while preserving efficiency.

Creative execution rested on three pillars:

  1. Actionable Health – “What’s the point of health data if you don’t know what to do with it?” introduced the Kira AI health coach.

  2. No Subscription Trap – “No Subscriptions, Ever” became one of the best-performing lines in a subscription-heavy market.

  3. Proof Instead of Promises – clean visuals, plain language, and feature-led messaging built trust.

Ads balanced aspirational storytelling (jewelry-style photography) with founder content filmed in Paris and in the factory, making the brand both premium and authentic. Social ads turned into community hubs with hundreds of comments, debates, and advocates defending the product.

Challenges were significant:

  • Skepticism from the failed first campaign, requiring constant transparency and proof.

  • Kickstarter restrictions forcing a full repositioning of the campaign page in record time while still communicating critical medical features through off-platform ads and PR.

  • Post-launch drop-off, solved by a late-pledge retargeting program that sustained conversions profitably for months.

Results exceeded every goal:

  • $4M+ raised, double the original crowdfunding target.

  • $250k+ in day-one revenue, fueling immediate momentum.

  • Efficiency preserved even under scale:

    • 3/24/25 – $386,881 revenue on $102,759 spend (ROAS 3.76, 1,349 conversions).

    • 4/1/25 – $656,834 revenue on $186,578 spend (ROAS 3.52, 2,211 conversions).

  • Late pledges delivered $264,927 revenue on $59,789 spend (ROAS 4.43, 852 conversions) with ROAS consistently above 4.0 through May 2025.

  • Thousands of first-time backers joined Kickstarter just to get Circular Ring 2.
