HealthMate.tech helps healthcare clinics automate day-to-day operations with AI, so teams spend less time on admin and more time with patients. It centralizes the key workflows that typically overload reception and clinicians: appointment scheduling, reminders, cancellations/rescheduling, patient communication, and follow-ups.

The platform is available through a web dashboard and WhatsApp, enabling clinics to offer fast, familiar, 24/7 patient support while keeping everything tracked inside one operational system. Automation is designed to reclaim significant clinician time (up to ~3 hours/day mentioned on the site) and reduce missed appointments by proactively managing confirmations, changes, and post-visit touchpoints.

HealthMate is built to work across multiple specialties (e.g., physiotherapy, dental, aesthetic medicine), adapting the assistant’s workflows to each clinic’s needs while maintaining consistent operational quality and responsiveness.

HealthMate.tech is tailored to each clinic: it’s configured with the clinic’s services, scheduling rules, team workflows, communication style, and internal protocols, so every interaction feels consistent with how that business actually operates.

With this clinic-specific setup, the AI handles the highest-volume tasks (instant replies to leads and patients, intake, booking and rescheduling, confirmations, reminders, and post-visit follow-ups), removing constant back-and-forth and manual coordination. The outcome is 20+ hours saved per week and a smoother patient experience from first message to ongoing care.

Most clinics still run patient operations with a patchwork of tools and manual work: messages scattered across WhatsApp and calls, bookings handled by reception, reminders sent late (or not at all), and follow-ups done inconsistently. The result is predictable—slow response times, more no-shows, lost leads, overworked staff, and a patient experience that depends on who is on shift.

  • MRR: €6,515 and ARR: €78,186 show we’ve built a meaningful recurring base quickly, not a one-off spike.

  • ARPU: €90.49 proves customers are not only joining, they’re paying a solid average price point.

Efficiency and profitability

  • CAC: €63.24 is exceptionally low for B2B healthcare, meaning we can grow without burning cash.

  • LTV: €1,955 combined with LTV:CAC of 30.91 shows outstanding unit economics: each customer returns multiples of what it costs to acquire them.
