Introducing MissionHub
The future of work demands more than new tools. It demands new ways to help people thrive while delivering at pace.
MissionHub.ai is Sullivan & Stanley’s proprietary AI-powered platform built to do just that. Acting as a mission-control centre for transformation, it blends behavioural science, artificial intelligence and practical delivery tooling to:
- Form high-performing teams based on skills and cognitive diversity
- Align people around clear objectives and outcomes from Day 1
- Monitor delivery health, OKRs and psychological climate in real time
- Predict risks early and surface actionable insights
- Enhance transparency, accountability and trust across distributed or hybrid teams
Unlike traditional project software, MissionHub doesn’t just track tasks. It enables organisations to consistently achieve outcomes, while creating the conditions for people to do their best work.
The Vega IT Pilot: Driving High-Performance Delivery
Background
Vega IT is a digital product development and system integration services company, working at the cutting-edge of digital product development for clients across industries. Their Customer Digital Experience (DCX) group operates in a fast-paced environment across Serbia and Nigeria. The team faced mounting complexity and rising client demands, yet delivery was being held back by:
- Inconsistent performance across projects
- Limited visibility into team health and dynamics
- Difficulty identifying root causes of issues early
- No integrated performance and OKR tracking
- Leaders lacking data to make confident decisions
Vega partnered with Sullivan & Stanley to pilot MissionHub.ai across four teams, a bold test of how AI could reimagine delivery.
Approach
- Team Profiling & Cognitive Insights
All participating team members were onboarded to the platform through a structured sign-up and profiling process:
- Skills & experience self-assessment: Individuals rated their proficiency across a wide range of technical and delivery skills. This surfaced gaps and strengths across Vega’s talent pool.
- Cognitive diversity profiling: Each team member completed a short set of scientifically validated quizzes assessing cognitive strengths (e.g., verbal reasoning) and social perceptiveness (e.g., recognising emotions in others).
This profiling enabled MissionHub to map the cognitive diversity of each team and identify whether their current makeup was “balanced”, “high challenge”, or “consensus” – three predictors of team performance grounded in academic research from a leading university.
- Mission-Based Delivery & Team Contracting
Instead of loosely aligned project work, each team defined a clear mission objective, delivery OKRs and a shared understanding of success. Together with their clients, they co-created a team charter covering roles, expectations and ways of working. This early contracting created transparency and accountability, removing common blockers like unclear ownership.
- Continuous Monitoring & AI Dashboards
Throughout the 12-week pilot, MissionHub tracked progress and surfaced insights:
- Real-time OKR dashboards linked work to strategic goals
- Anonymous climate surveys measured trust, autonomy, cohesion and support
- AI identified emerging risks and recommended interventions
- An Agentic AI assistant guided teams in interpreting insights and improving maturity
Despite its sophistication, the platform was easy to adopt. Teams quickly saw the benefit of surveys and dashboards, and leaders gained visibility without additional overhead.
Results
Sharper visibility and faster decisions
MissionHub gave Vega IT’s leaders a single source of truth. They could see progress in real time, spot risks early and intervene with confidence. Instead of reactive firefighting, governance became proactive and data-driven.
More consistent and predictable delivery
Teams became quicker to resolve blockers, clearer on goals and more aligned in their ways of working. Projects ran with fewer surprises and less rework, delivering at pace while reducing stress.
Stronger cohesion and accountability
By agreeing on team contracts and OKRs upfront, individuals took greater ownership. Newly formed or cross-functional groups built alignment faster, improving collaboration and resilience.
Talent intelligence for the future
Leadership gained new insights into hidden skill gaps and high performers. For the first time, data on technical and behavioural strengths could guide team formation and recruitment.
Wellbeing and psychological safety
Regular surveys revealed high levels of autonomy and cohesion, alongside opportunities to improve recognition and support. Low pressure scores showed potential to raise ambition without risking burnout.
Tangible business outcomes
- 100+ users onboarded across two countries in under 4 weeks
- Balanced team dynamics linked to higher throughput and responsiveness
- Real-time OKR tracking aligned directly to client KPIs
- Reduced risk of overruns and better use of client budgets
- Differentiation in market positioning: Vega IT could now prove not only what they delivered, but how they delivered
As one Vega IT leader reflected: “MissionHub is essentially AI-assisted team formation and training – not replacing humans, but helping us make better decisions based on data.”
Why MissionHub is Bold
The Vega IT pilot proved that MissionHub can unlock a step-change in delivery performance. Its strength lies not only in the technology, but in the way it weaves impact, scalability, transparency and humanity into one approach:
- Impact: measurable uplift in delivery maturity, governance and outcomes — faster, more predictable and better aligned to strategy.
- Scalability: proven to onboard 100+ users across two geographies in weeks; designed to be applied across industries and contexts without heavy integration.
- Transparency: shared dashboards and surveys created an open, trusted environment for both teams and clients. Leaders had clarity, teams had a voice.
- Humanity: cognitive diversity profiling, team contracting and wellbeing insights ensured people remained at the centre. AI was not a replacement, but an enabler of trust, autonomy, and performance.
Defining the Future of Work
MissionHub is not a future promise – it is already here, working and redefining delivery.
It represents the future of work: tech-enabled humanity, where AI and behavioural science amplify people’s ability to deliver, adapt and thrive.
At Vega IT, MissionHub proved it could transform outcomes for clients, teams and leaders alike. For Sullivan & Stanley, it has become our default delivery tool across engagements. And for the industry, it signals a new standard of transparency, accountability and human-centred performance.
