MY SWITCH POINT PROJECT
PROJECT GOAL:
The goal of this project is to help individuals to financially recover from the impact of Coronavirus Pandemic and build flexibility into their skills and income sources. At the same time as enabling them to have a freelancing skill MY SWITCH POINT identified and empowered the project will educate them as how to identify MY SWITCH POINT in housing finance and retirement finance.
BACKGROUND:
This is best explained by my forthcoming Press Release: Never has freelancing made more sense. The pandemic has rocketed the industry into the stratosphere.
With unknowns and unpredictable lockdowns, businesses closed and recommendations to work from home, freelancing is a viable alternative.

AUSTRALIAN INNOVATION PATENT:
To facilitate the MY SWITCH POINT PROJECT it was necessary to take out a process patent on the invention of a new way of assessing the interest rate risk management of Adjustable-Rate Mortgages in housing. This process patent was granted to me by IP Australia:
This process invention enables home loans to become a financial product. It does this by establishing the borrower’s risk tolerance related to their budget after initial loan approval of a variable interest rate loan. It identifies when a borrower should fix their loan’s interest rate. This process enables financial advisors to develop and use financial technology solutions to interest rate risk management plus negative equity risk management matrix systems as to the best method to repay negative equity in housing as part of financial advice.
