Phyon-Phygital is an end-to-end digital onboarding platform for remote video interactions with customers/prospects. It allows document acquisition (from over 170 countries) with anti-counterfeiting checks and can be accessed through desktop or mobile browsers, Android and iOS apps, as well as dedicated kiosks. Given the device heterogeneity, usage conditions (network quality, camera quality, OS/browser version), and the impact of UI/UX on usability, incorporating CrowdTesting alongside traditional testing is a winning choice to validate the solution under real conditions. There is variability in the devices used, the type, status, and nationality of the documents, as well as the ethnographic variability of the subjects. Campaigns are planned for certifying compliance with anti-counterfeiting standards, allowing for the validation of the user experience.
Elements for a proper interpretation of the outcomes:
– Signal quality
– Environmental lighting conditions for capturing face and documents
– Type of surfaces for anti-spoofing facial recognition
Relying on a diverse community of real users allows for avoiding cognitive biases in the interaction.
