The use of artificial intelligence and automated recruitment technology and tools continues to boost talent acquisition. AI-driven HR technology can help ease the shortage of good talent in the current talent crunch. Build a long-term plan of action – double down on finding the best candidate shortlist for current job roles and while at it – do not turn down the rest of the candidates as irrelevant. What for?

AI can help pipeline candidates (be creative and strategic to create as many sizable lists as you might need!) – based on forecasted skills, candidates’ interest and availability, and other relevant pools for quick future reference. When there is a need to attract candidates on short notice, stress on time-to-fill, or manage candidate ghosting, it doesn’t require screening a village of candidates. Nurture the pool of candidates, pre-vetted, and swipe right on the best talent!

EVA.ai helps organisations achieve both growth and sustainability through better talent acquisition and talent management. They describe “the talent game” as an avalanche of vacancies, skills, and roles. The typical inside dynamics of talent management function deal with the new skill(s) in demand, positions to hire, a pool of resignations, reshuffles, and retirements. Crunching the current capacities towards an immediate roadmap for talent requisitions is a straightforward approach to keep the operations afloat. Identify fit internal candidates, address skill gaps and initiate external hiring through recruitment marketing and attract good talent globally.

Well done with the firefighting, they say, until the big question arrives: “What’s next for Talent in your organisation?” The industry stipulates the declining demand for specific skills and spotlights roles periodically (non-linear trends indeed!), which impacts the variables of your talent strategy. The outside-in influence pushes the limits of HR leaders to analyse people data, reimagine team structure and calibrate the roles of the future.

These words above are the start of EVA.ai’s own views on how to build a talent pipeline utilizing AI-driven HR. To continue reading their article, please head over to https://eva.ai/master-guide-to-building-talent-pipelines-inside-out-and-outside-in/.
