How does it work? Once inserted in the CRM, Lyriko imports contents that are then automatically labeled thanks to a custom medical taxonomy, deploying a model of Artificial Intelligence that extracts semantic entities and allows for key messages to be matched to materials.
Auto-tagging makes it faster to assign tags to each material, allows searches by topic within the CRM archives and monitors how content is disseminated. The tag also acts as a vehicle through which messages can be defined, aiding in the identification of slides/emails/web pages that need to be shown to customers.
