The product supports 3 different input modes:
- Simple Search (with autocomplete and displaying results from several sources)
- Bot-Mode (for selected results)
- Saved Search when the user logins with his ID or inserts a ticket-number the system has generated from previous session
Technically we design a search field with predictive, autocomplete and voice features.
To achieve wow-effect at first sight by creating a surprising and impressive interface, using fresh techniques of design.
To build the recognizability of a product and reflect its technological nature we decided to use an animated key visual in an emotional and attractive way.
