On the evening of Friday, 27th March 2026, innovators, disruptors and entrepreneurs from across the globe gathered in Barcelona for the BOLD Awards VII — the most prestigious celebration of breakthrough digital industry awards for innovation on the planet.

A Landmark Night for Digital Innovation
The BOLD Awards, created by Crowdsourcing Week to celebrate the boldest innovators and disruptors from all four corners of the world, marked a significant milestone with its 7th edition. For the first time, Barcelona became the home of BOLD.
Barcelona is a city that does not merely host innovation, but embodies it. Companies from North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America came together at the gala dinner ceremony to present their achievements across AI, FinTech, HealthTech, SaaS, Open Innovation, Mobility, Science, Social Impact and many more sectors of digital industry awards.
Each entry was subject to a rigorous two-part judging process: public voting by a tech-savvy global community, followed by thorough assessment from a panel of leading international industry experts. The result is a list of winners that has been tested by both the market and the best minds in the field, a standard few awards can honestly claim.
In presenting the awards, BOLD Awards CEO Epi Ludvik was assisted by Bryan Kramer, a renowned entrepreneur, author and marketer, whose energy and warmth set the tone for an evening that was as human as it was visionary.

“As the founder of BOLD Awards, I extend my deepest congratulations to every winner and top finalist of this remarkable 7th edition. What you have built matters. Your dedication, ingenuity, and courage to bring breakthrough ideas into reality do not simply inspire us — they show us the kind of future worth working towards. Barcelona was the perfect city to say that out loud.”
Why Barcelona?
Barcelona is a city that does not simply accommodate innovation — it breathes it. From the visionary architecture of Gaudí to its thriving startup scene and its position as one of Europe’s leading smart city laboratories, Barcelona was a natural and inspired choice for BOLD Awards VII.
The city’s ecosystem is shaped by world-class institutions, a culture of creative ambition, and a deep commitment to making technology work for people. Where else should we celebrate digital industry awards?
Three outstanding local partners helped make the event possible: Barcelona & Partners, ACCIÓ (the Catalan Government’s agency for business competitiveness), and Barcelona Health Hub — organisations that are not simply supporting innovation from the sidelines, but actively shaping the ecosystems where it takes root and grows.

Speakers & Keynotes
Before the awards were announced, two outstanding individuals prepared the room — a gathering already full of people building the future — to think even bigger about how far that future could reach.
José Luis Cordeiro
Author, The Death of Death — Keynote Speaker
In a room full of builders and disruptors at these digital industry awards, Cordeiro’s keynote was a striking reminder of just how expansive the horizon truly is. His book presents a compelling, scientifically grounded case that the ageing process can be reversed — and that if old age is treated as a disease, there are growing reasons to believe it can eventually be cured. It was a provocation perfectly suited to an audience that already refuses to accept the world as it is.
Bryan Kramer
Entrepreneur, Author & Marketer — Awards Co-Host
Returning to the BOLD Awards stage, Bryan Kramer co-hosted the ceremony alongside Epi Ludvik. His warmth, energy and instinct for human connection set the tone for an evening that balanced vision with genuine celebration — reminding everyone in the room that behind every innovation is a person who chose to be bold.
Sincere thanks go to everyone who entered and attended BOLD Awards VII. Images from the event are now available.
